The story of the Bakwas originates from Silas’ home in the Pacific Northwest. Legend has it the Bakwas would create the illusion of a meal to look like salmon and berries but it was really rotten wood, maggots, snakes and lizards. Anyone who ate this gnarly grub was doomed to become a Bakwas themselves.Decks sold in assorted top & bottom wood stain colors. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate specific stain color requests.
