Footprint’s 3mm Custom Orthotics are heat moldable and will cause the insole to expand and shape to your foot. The 3mm version is designed for dress shoes, or running shoes with paper thin stock insoles.

Heat moldable. Heating activates our proprietary arch technology which causes the insole to expand and shape to your foot.
Trim width if you have narrow shoes.
Place in preheated oven at 250F for 8-10 minutes
place in shoes and walk until cool
Break in period 1-3 days.
